Terms of Service

Ledger and support
These terms govern your use of Ledger at mytradingledger.com, an independently operated journal for recording and reviewing your trading. For support, billing questions, cancellation, complaints or data requests, email extras@faraji.se. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to subscribe.
What the service provides
Ledger helps you record trades, notes, screenshots, prop firm accounts and payouts, and review statistics calculated from your entries. It does not execute trades, hold trading funds or provide investment advice, trading signals or guaranteed results. Figures depend on the information you enter and are not a substitute for broker statements or professional accounting records. Broker connections are available only where explicitly offered in the service; a subscription does not promise a future integration.
Your account and acceptable use
Use accurate account details, verify your email and keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not share an account, attempt to access another user's information, disrupt the service or upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use. Do not create repeated accounts to obtain additional introductory trials. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse or security threats and will explain the reason where reasonably possible. Contact support to challenge a restriction.
Three-day trial and subscription plans
If eligible, you receive a three-day free trial starting when Stripe confirms the trial subscription. A valid payment method is required. One introductory trial is available per person; cancelling and resubscribing does not create another trial. Unless you cancel before the exact trial end shown in checkout and your billing portal, your payment method is charged for the plan you selected: $6 USD for one month or $49 USD for one full year. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at $6 USD each month; annual subscriptions renew automatically at $49 USD each year until cancelled. The annual plan saves $23 compared with twelve monthly payments ($72), approximately 32%. The $4.08 monthly equivalent is illustrative; annual billing collects the full $49 at once.
Checkout displays the amount due today and the payment schedule before you confirm. A returning subscriber who has already used the trial pays when resubscribing. Your bank or card issuer may charge currency-conversion or other fees. We do not change the subscription price without notifying you before it applies and giving you an opportunity to cancel before renewal at the new price.
Cancellation and failed payments
You can cancel through Manage billing without contacting support. You can also email extras@faraji.se with your account email and cancellation request. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of your current paid period or trial. If contacting support near a renewal, using the billing portal gives you immediate confirmation.
A failed or overdue payment can suspend journal access until payment is resolved. Billing and support remain available. Cancelling or losing membership access does not immediately delete your journal. You can request an export or deletion without resubscribing. We may provide selected accounts with complimentary access at our discretion.
Refunds and consumer rights
Contact support about duplicate charges, billing mistakes, service problems or refund requests. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current period and does not by itself refund a charge already made. This does not limit a refund, remedy or cancellation right provided by applicable law.
Where a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period applies, including a 14-day right for certain distance service contracts, the three-day trial does not replace it. To withdraw, email us a clear statement and your account email. We do not treat acceptance of these terms alone as a waiver of mandatory rights. Any separate consent required to start performance during such a period or to affect a withdrawal right must be obtained separately. Required refunds are handled within the applicable legal deadline.
Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of your journal content. You allow Ledger and its providers to store, process and display it to you as needed to operate and secure the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Keep your own exports of important records.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations or recovery of every lost entry. Maintenance, provider outages or security incidents can affect availability. You remain responsible for trading decisions and for checking important figures. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights if a paid service is not supplied as agreed.
Changes, closure and disputes
We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required and will not remove rights already accrued. If Ledger closes or we end access for reasons other than a breach, we will provide reasonable notice where possible and any refund or remedy required for an unused paid service. Contact support first about a complaint. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or access to the courts and complaint mechanisms available to you under applicable law.
