About Ledger

Ledger is an independently operated trading journal at mytradingledger.com. The operator is responsible for the personal information used to provide Ledger. For support, privacy questions and data requests, contact extras@faraji.se.

Information we collect

We process your email address, display name, account and authentication information, subscription status and the content you choose to save. Your journal may include trades, results, planned risk, strategies, notes, prop firm accounts, payouts and screenshots. Our service providers process technical information such as IP addresses, device/browser details and security logs. Support messages contain the information you send us. Do not upload passwords, broker credentials, identity documents or other people's personal information.

How we use your information

We use account and journal information to provide the service you request, keep records private to your account, save your preferences and provide monthly reviews. We use subscription information to manage access, payments and cancellations. We use necessary technical information to secure the service, investigate errors and prevent abuse. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating a secure service and compliance with legal obligations. Optional marketing, if introduced, requires a separate choice.

Providers and payment information

Supabase provides account authentication, the database and private image storage. Netlify hosts the website and server functions. Resend delivers account emails. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions; Ledger does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Support email is hosted through one.com. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Supabase software library from jsDelivr, which can receive connection information when those resources load. We do not sell your journal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Providers can process information in different countries, including outside your country of residence. Their processing is subject to their service and data-protection terms, which describe applicable transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and adequacy mechanisms. See Supabase's data-processing terms, Netlify's privacy notice, Resend's data-processing terms, Stripe's privacy notice and one.com's privacy notice. Contact us for information about the processing relevant to your account.

Browser storage and preferences

Ledger uses browser storage to keep you signed in and remember functional preferences. The month in which your monthly review was last handled can also be stored with your account to avoid showing it again on each sign-in. These preferences do not contain your journal results. This version does not use advertising cookies, an Instagram pixel or a third-party marketing analytics script.

Retention, cancellation and deletion

Your journal is kept while your account exists. Cancelling a subscription or allowing a trial to expire restricts membership access but does not immediately delete your saved journal. You can request an export or account deletion through support without buying another subscription. We verify requests before disclosing or removing information and aim to complete deletion within 30 days, unless a different legal deadline or a lawful exception applies.

We keep billing, security and support information only as needed for the service, disputes, fraud prevention and applicable legal obligations. Payment providers may retain records independently under their own policies. Information that must be retained is restricted to those purposes.

Encrypted local backups may preserve recent database snapshots and images. The backup process retains daily snapshots for seven days and removes older snapshots and unreferenced image versions on the next successful run. If the backup computer is offline, rotation is delayed. Deleted information can therefore remain in protected backups until rotation succeeds. If a backup is restored, previously completed deletion requests must be reapplied. We do not promise that every change is backed up or that deleted content can be recovered.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Contact extras@faraji.se; we may ask for proportionate verification of your identity. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Providing the account information needed for Ledger is necessary to use the service.

Security and access decisions

Access to journal records and private images is limited to the relevant authenticated account. Membership access can be restricted automatically when a trial or paid period ends or a payment fails. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. We do not use your journal to make automated decisions about lending, employment or similar matters. No online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.

Age and changes

Ledger is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. We update this notice when our practices change and communicate material changes through the service or account email as appropriate.
